Are you ready to unlock the full potential of your Harley-Davidson motorcycle's infotainment system? The Harley-Davidson Skyline OS 12.3-inch TFT touchscreen is an advanced interface that brings entertainment, information, and ease of use right to your fingertips. This guide will walk you through its key features, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Getting Started: Selecting Your Media Source

Navigate with Ease: Use the direction pad on the Left Hand Control Module (LHCM) to browse through media options. For more information, see ‘Left Hand Control Switches’.
Making Your Selection: Choose your preferred media source by either pressing the OK/enter button on the LHCM or directly tapping the desired icon on the screen. Your options include:
- AM/FM Stations
- Apple CarPlay
- Bluetooth
- USB connectivity
Tuning and Seeking Made Simple
Once you've selected a band (AM or FM), tuning and seeking stations is intuitive by using the arrows on the touchscreen or the Previous or Next buttons on the Right Hand Control Module (RHCM):
- Short Press: Advances to the next frequency.
- Long Press: Accelerates through frequencies. Release to stop.
Remember, the tuner wraps around the frequency range, so you can always find what you're looking for!
Finding a Media File
Accessing media files on a USB-connected device is straightforward:
Browse Categories: Look for different types of media like artists, albums, songs, playlists, and audiobooks. Unfortunately, this feature isn’t available for Bluetooth streaming devices.
Select and Play: Scroll through the list, pick your choice, and enjoy!
How to Save a Favorite
Skyline OS allows you to create favorite menus for Tuner, Media, Contacts, and Global settings. However, remember that Bluetooth-connected devices can't be saved as favorites.
Set a Favorite: Simply tune to a station or select a file from a USB-connected device.
Save It: Press the favorites button on the screen or navigate down on LHCM, then press and hold one of your favorite (+) present buttons from the list or press the OK/enter button on LHCM.
Note: To delete or replace a favorite, long-press on the existing favorite. This will bring up a menu.
